• Maintain Manufacturing BOM: Enable to set Bill of material for Finish good to be manufacture. And also support binding related item in multi-leveling of Bill of Materials
• Maintain Machine and Work Centre: Enable to maintain machine and process for particular manufactory
• Maintain Operation Plan: Enable to set factory operation involves process and machine for certain period of time.
• Materials Requirement Planning (MRP): Provide a module to calculate quantity material to be use according by Sales Order or Stock Code.
• Materials Costing Planning (MCP): Provide a module to calculate material cost to be use according by Sales Order or Stock Code.
• Computer Plan Order (CPO): Provide a module that can consolidate all MRP according date, it can generate an authorize document to be approve by manager to get the material quantity request. All of this is done by on screen processing before convert to Purchase Order automatically.
• Production planning: Provide a module that can help user to do sales forecast by Customer, Product and Expected delivery date and also can help plan for BOM Explosion to determine raw material requirement forecast
• Production Scheduling: Enable to select each process assign particular machine and set the date and time of operation. It can be done by manually or automatically.
• Shop Floor Control: Provide feature that can create a work sheet/ work order to be manufacture according Sales Order or Stock code and enable to update and keep track manufacture operation progression.
• Quality Control: Feature than can allow user to keep track and monitor product quality control.
• Item Assembly Centre: Provide an assembly module that support multilevel assembly line manufacture according BOM selection.
• Variety of Production reports: Provide report or chat for actual produce cost and planned cost to make comparison in term of variance and etc. and also provide other typical production report such as Work in progress (WIP), Finish Product yearly report, Quality Control report and etc.
